Adam Bodnar has established an Investigative Team within the National Prosecutor’s Office to examine the legality, appropriateness, and correctness of the use of the “Pegasus” software by public officials in connection with the operational activities carried out by the relevant services. The team is composed of five experienced prosecutors who have extensive professional experience in handling cases involving operational techniques. Prosecutor Józef Gacek has been appointed as the Team Leader.
