COMPANIESNeptis S.A. Reports 21% Revenue Growth in Q3 2024, Plans Transition to Warsaw Stock Exchange Main Market

The tech company Neptis S.A., listed on the NewConnect market, achieved revenue from net sales of PLN 14.4 million in the third quarter of 2024, an increase of over 21 percent compared to the same period last year. Since the beginning of 2024, revenues have reached PLN 42.5 million, growing by 9.5 percent year on year. The company’s net profit for the third quarter was more than PLN 964,000, and from January to September, it was PLN 1.58 million. Additionally, by the end of September, the total number of Yanosik app downloads reached nearly 34 million. The Poznan company plans to move from the NewConnect market to the main floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) later this year.

— We are constantly working to increase recognition of not only our brand, but also Neptis itself. Our current financial results show that we are moving in the right direction. We see a sustained growth trend and are pleased with the increase in net income, which in the past quarter was PLN 14.4 million. For comparison, in the similar period last year, it was PLN 11.9 million. Sales performance has resulted in almost PLN 1 million net profit. We continue to implement the strategy of building a product ecosystem that will provide drivers with essential services. It’s worth noting that, as part of the expansion of functions in the Yanosik app, we have just introduced a new service: payments for highways, which we implement using the videotolling system. Currently, the service is only available for iOS users, but it will be available for Android system within a few days — said Adam Tychmanowicz, CEO of Neptis S.A.

In recent times, Neptis started a program for shareholders aimed at individual investors. Shareholders owning at least 10 shares can join the program. Investors will have the opportunity to get attractive discounts on the flagship products and services of Yanosik’s owner. The first promotion runs until the end of November 2024 and includes the Yanosik GTR device with a one-year subscription.

Yanosik app users drive an average of 55.8 million kilometers per day, and each month they generate over 500,000 reports of road events, providing Neptis with knowledge about traffic, the quality of the telecommunications network, driving styles and driver behavior. Yanosik is not only a free app for mobile devices, but also dedicated devices operating on a subscription basis.

The average number of unique users of the Yanosik app in the third quarter was over 2.4 million, which compared to the previous year represents an increase of 5 percent. The most effective communicator for drivers is a modern system of information exchange, a source of data on road events, as well as a friend to drivers, aiming to assist motorists in all their needs. The company is continually increasing the number of subscription-paying users of Yanosik devices. By the end of September, the number of active device owners was close to 130,000, nearly 20,000 more than last year.

The owner of the Yanosik brand aims to support drivers in all motoring related areas, building an entire ecosystem of services. The introduction of additional solutions shows that the company is successfully building a highly engaged community, while monetizing its products. Developing this area of Neptis activity is currently the most important for this tech company, hence it invests in both data analysis and utilization, as well as customer safety and anonymity.

By the end of 2024, Neptis S.A. plans to move from the NewConnect market, where it has been listed since 2014, to the main floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW).
