WeNet Group S.A., the largest provider of internet marketing solutions for small and medium enterprises in Poland, and Bauer Media Group, announced today the conclusion of an agreement for the acquisition of five SEO agencies from Bauer Media Group by WeNet. The acquired companies specialize in providing SEO and SEM services for business customers in Poland.

The transaction encompasses five firms: Sunrise System, Artefakt, GrupaTENSE, Semahead, and Widzialni.pl, which collectively offer a range of online marketing services, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) services, content marketing, web analytics, and social media handling. The digital marketing services offered by these companies are specifically designed for small and medium enterprises throughout Poland.

The transaction is conditional and requires approval from the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
