Following the change in approach of the majority shareholder and policy changes related to the future development of the Group, and in line with previous statements, on Wednesday, January 31st, 2024, Daniel Obajtek, President of ORLEN S.A., made himself available to the Company’s Supervisory Board.

In connection with the decision of President Daniel Obajtek, and considering the changes in the company’s environment, the Supervisory Board of ORLEN S.A. at the meeting on February 1st, 2024, decided to dismiss Daniel Obajtek from the position of President of ORLEN S.A., effective from February 5th, 2024. The Board thanked the President for his cooperation and contribution to the company’s development.
