The operator’s email contact address: [email protected]. The operator is the Data Controller of your personal data in relation to the data voluntarily provided in the Service. The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:

  • Newsletter operations.
  • Comment system management.
  • Handling inquiries through forms.
  • Implementation of ordered services.
  • Presentation of offers or information. The Website acquires information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
  • Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
  • By saving cookie files (so-called “cookies”) in end-user devices.
  1. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator
  • Login and data entry areas are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.

    • Information about errors that occurred during HTTP transactions,
    • URL of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – if the Service was accessed via a link,
    • Information about the user’s browser,
    • IP address information,
    • Diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services through registrars on the page,
    • Information related to handling emails sent to and by the Operator.
  1. Your Rights and Additional Information on How Data is Used
  • In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if necessary to perform the contract with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • Hosting company on the basis of entrustment
  • Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be kept longer than is necessary to perform the related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., on accounting). With respect to marketing data, it will not be processed longer than 3 years.

  • The Administrator’s actions are subject to a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  • Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Service.
  • You may be subject to automated decision-making activities, including profiling, to provide services within the concluded contract and for the Administrator to conduct direct marketing.
  • Personal data are not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.
  1. Information in Forms
  • The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if they are provided.
  • The Service may save information about connection parameters (time marking, IP address).
  • In some cases, the Service may record information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
  • Data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g., to process a service request or commercial contact, service registration, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly inform what it serves for.
