Bain & Company in Poland has a new managing partner. From the beginning of October 2024, Patryk Rudnicki, leader of the Retail & Consumer Products practice, who has been with the company for almost 10 years, manages the Warsaw office.
– I am honored to take on the role of managing partner of the Warsaw office – said Patryk Rudnicki, who has been managing Bain & Company in Poland since the beginning of the month. – My priority will be to continue the dynamic development of our company and strengthen the position of Bain in the Polish market by providing the highest quality strategic advisory to our clients. I am proud to be part of a company that strongly emphasizes values and long-term relationships with clients.
Patryk Rudnicki has been supporting leading players in the retail and consumer products market for over 12 years, particularly in the e-commerce, food, as well as entertainment and lifestyle sectors. He has a broad know-how in developing strategies, optimizing company value, and overall performance improvement. Patryk also has extensive experience in private equity, which he gained by supporting regional and international leaders throughout the investment cycle, from effective due diligence to value creation planning and comprehensive exit support. For the past five years, Patryk has been directing the recruitment activities of the Warsaw office, supporting the development of the Bain team in Poland and the entire CEE region. He actively promotes the Bain brand at the most renowned European universities. He also supports entrepreneurship organizations, advising in the field of strategy and development. He graduated from ESADE Business School, Warsaw School of Economics, and the University of Warsaw.

Patryk Rudnicki replaced Roch Baranowski as managing partner, who decided to continue his professional career outside the company’s structures.
