N!Assistant, a breakthrough AI-based assistant from Nest Bank, has won the prestigious Best of Show award at the international conference FinovateFall 2024.

Finovate, whose fall edition took place from September 9-11, is one of the most significant financial conferences in the world. It’s a meeting place for banking industry leaders, investors, and entrepreneurs building breakthrough solutions for the industry. This year, out of over 60 selected companies from around the world presenting their innovations, it was N!Assistant from Nest Bank that captivated the event’s audience and won the Best of Show award in the vote.

N!Assistant: The harbinger of a new era in banking
Launched at the beginning of this year, N!Assistant is Poland’s first, and one of the world’s first, AI-based banking assistants. Its dynamic development allows Nest Bank customers to manage their finances more efficiently and professionally.
“N!Assistant demonstrates how generative artificial intelligence can help us offer our customers a solution that takes their satisfaction to a completely new level,” added Mieloszyk. “This award motivates us to continue pushing the boundaries of what is possible and to create the banking of the future.”
Even better financial management
By leveraging the GPT language model, N!Assistant was already an industry innovation when it launched in April 2024. However, its creators didn’t rest on their laurels – due to this, the Finovate audience was able to learn about a new, even more advanced AI assistant which offers, among others:
– Intelligent financial recommendations: Personalized tips based on the customer’s individual shopping habits and financial goals;
– Real-time expenditure monitoring: Expenditure categorization, creation of transparent charts,
– Automation of tasks within the app: Executing a transfer order, scheduling a meeting with an advisor,
– Voice-to-text: Voice communication with N!Assistant.
