At the start of the year, Monika Perekitko joined the management board of Dom Development S.A. She has assumed the role of board member responsible for managing the company’s entire development activity in Warsaw. Prior to this, on 31st December 2023, Małgorzata Kolarska resigned from her role of deputy president of the Management Board.
Monika Perekitko brings 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. For nearly the last 13 years, she was affiliated with the company Matexi, where she also served as a board member. Previously, she worked at MT Development (a Private Equity fund managed by Europa Capital) as the Director of Purchasing and Development, and at Orco Property Group, where she was an expert in Development and Research. For the past five years, she has been a board member of the Polish Association of Development Companies.

Monika Perekitko is a graduate of the Interfaculty Study of Spatial Economy at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and postgraduate studies in “Real Estate Valuation” at the Warsaw University of Technology.
