Spring 2024 marks a time of personnel changes for WSP “Społem”. Grzegorz Feliksiak, previously the marketing manager, has taken over the position of Deputy President for Commercial Affairs. He has been associated with the company for over 26 years.
The newly appointed Deputy President for Commercial Affairs at WSP “Społem” has been with the company since 1998. He began his career as a clerk, eventually advancing to the position of marketing manager.
Grzegorz Feliksiak was instrumental in implementing the strategic branding of Kielecki Mayonnaise, which led to an increase in its sales and popularity. He coordinated the company’s participation in the program “European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development: Europe investing in rural areas,” securing funds for the promotion of Kielecki Mayonnaise and Kielecka Mustard. He was also responsible for the rebranding of Kielecki Mayonnaise.
In his new role within the company’s structure, he will be responsible for all matters related to marketing, sales, and transportation.
“Thanks to my many years of work in the marketing department, I had the opportunity to not only get to know the company intimately but also understand the needs of our clients. Therefore, my goal is to continue the initiatives that are the foundation of our current success—strengthening and expanding them. There are many challenges ahead, such as appropriately responding to the dynamically changing market to ensure the financial security of the company.
