A request for the merger of Euvic S.A., Gemini Holding Sp. z o.o., Hyperr Sp. z o.o. and Senetic Holding S.A. has been submitted to UOKiK (the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection). A positive decision from the President of UOKiK will trigger an investment process.
Senetic is a company with international experience in the fastest-growing IT infrastructure industry. It partners with renowned IT equipment manufacturers and is one of Microsoft’s largest cloud partners in Poland. The company operates in 28 countries, generating annual revenues exceeding PLN 600 million.
The strength of this transaction is due to the union of two large groups – Euvic Group and Gemini Holding owned by Rafal Sonik. Hyperr Sp. z o.o, an investment vehicle composed by a group of entrepreneurs experienced in technology and influencer marketing, also joined the transaction.
This is the largest transaction in Euvic Group’s history, which will include the leading network and server solutions provider, software and computer equipment in Poland and Europe. In the B2B e-commerce sector, the group itself will grow by 30%.

The joint investment of Euvic and Gemini Holding is not the first one. Through the jointly established company Euvic 2030, the groups have already conducted transactions in Tuatura and 4experience. The investment in Senetic is the next stage of business integration between these groups. Meanwhile, Rafal Sonik himself, an experienced businessman, investor, business mentor, titled athlete and philanthropist, has been associated with Euvic for several years and is engaged in its development.

As a result of the investment, a unique ecosystem will be created, based on programming, body/team leasing, infrastructure, digital marketing and consulting services, expanded by digital trade and distribution in the field of infrastructure and B2B IT licenses.
