Develia has signed a preliminary agreement to sell a property on Kolejowa Street in Wroclaw to a subsidiary of AFI Europe, an international investor operating office, commercial, and residential projects in Central and Eastern Europe. The selling price has been set at PLN 50.5 million. The transaction is to be finalized by the end of 2024.
The subject of the preliminary sales agreement between Develia and the subsidiary of AFI Europe is a piece of land on Kolejowa Street 8 and 10 in Wroclaw, with an area of almost 5.5 thousand square meters.
“The preliminary sale agreement of investment land on Kolejowa Street in Wroclaw is another stage in the implementation of one of our goals for the 2024-2028 strategy, which is the divestment of commercial assets. We aim to complete the transaction by the end of this year. The funds obtained will be reinvested in the further development of the residential segment, which is our strategic priority. We are pleased with the transaction conditions and are glad that this plot for commercial use in the center of Wroclaw will end up in the hands of an experienced investor with an interesting portfolio of projects,” says Andrzej Oślizło, president of Develia.
In May 2023, Develia obtained a building permit for an office-hotel building with a commercial-service part on the Wroclaw plot on Kolejowa Street.
The preliminary sales agreement of a land property on Kolejowa Street in Wroclaw was concluded with a subsidiary of AFI Europe, part of AFI Properties, a leading developer, investment, and administrative company in Central and Eastern Europe. Its portfolio includes office, commercial, residential properties and multi-purpose projects. The conclusion of the promised agreement will be subject to the non-exercise of the right of first refusal by the Municipality of Wroclaw.
