In 2023, based on development and preliminary agreements, Develia sold 2,674 units, 63 percent more than the previous year. Last year, the developer handed over 2,751 apartments compared to 2,016 units in 2022. In the fourth quarter of 2023 alone, the company sold 615 units and delivered 1,453.
At the end of 2023, Develia had 572 reservation agreements, which, once the customers make their decisions, can soon be transformed into development agreements. At the end of 2022, the developer had signed 95 such agreements.
“Last year in Develia’s history was a record-breaking one in terms of sales. We found buyers for 2674 apartments, clearly exceeding our 2023 target of selling between 2500-2600 units. It’s worth noting the significant increase in reservation agreements in 2023, which will translate into apartment sales at the beginning of 2024. We are consistently increasing our market share by providing apartments sought after and appreciated by customers. We also exceeded our plan in terms of the number of apartments delivered. We delivered 2751 units, which is also a record achievement for Develia. In recent months, we have seen that more and more customers are buying apartments in cash or using traditional loans. This trend is supplemented by the demand generated by the ‘Secure Loan 2%’ program.”– says Andrzej Oślizło, CEO of Develia.
In the fourth quarter of 2023, Develia sold 615 units compared to 411 in the same period in 2022. Deliveries amounted to 1,453 units compared to 1,390 a year earlier.
Develia recorded its highest annual sales in projects: Aleje Praskie, Krakowska Vita, Lizbońska, Ursynów#22 in Warsaw, Orawska and Ślężna Vita in Wrocław, Centralna Park and Grzegórzecka 77 in Krakow, Via Flora in Gdansk, and Ceglana Park in Katowice.
