Monika Dobosz, a manager with over 20 years of professional experience, including over 17 years in the real estate industry, will join the board of Dom Development at the beginning of March 2025, assuming the position of Deputy CEO responsible for the company’s finances. She will replace Leszek Stankiewicz in this position, who has resigned effective at the end of February of the following year.

Monika Dobosz, who will join us at the beginning of March 2025, is an individual with immense experience in managing finances, having almost spent her entire professional life in the real estate industry. She will seamlessly take over the responsibilities from Leszek Stankiewicz, who has ensured a strong financial and liquidity position for the Dom Development Group for over three years and will remain on the board of our company until the end of February next year,” comments Mikołaj Konopka, board member at Dom Development, who will assume the role of CEO on January 1, 2025, as previously announced.
Monika Dobosz, the newly appointed Deputy CEO, has over 20 years of professional experience, with over 17 years in the real estate industry. In her career, she has gathered extensive experience in the areas of corporate finance, corporate bond issues, bank financing, financial reporting of an international capital group, budgeting, controlling and planning as well as liquidity optimization. From 2014 to 2024, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at MLP Group, including as a board member since 2022. She joined MLP Group in 2009 as the head of the financial reporting department. Previously, she held managerial positions at Fadesa Polnord Polska and Parker Hannifin as deputy chief accountant. She is a graduate of the Academy of Economics in Poznan in Banking and the Warsaw School of Economics in Financial Reporting.
At the end of October this year, Grzegorz Smoliński joined the board of Dom Development. With 27 years of experience with the company, he has most recently served as the Director of the Sales Department. Meanwhile, on January 1, 2025, Justyna Wilk, associated with the company since 2011, most recently as the Director of the Real Estate Department, will become a board member at Dom Development.
As previously announced, the reins of the company will be taken over by Mikołaj Konopka, the current board member of Dom Development and also the Co-Founder and CEO of Euro Styl, managing Dom Development Group projects in Tricity. He will replace the position of CEO from Jarosław Szanajca, one of the founders and longtime head of Dom Development, who decided at the end of the year to resign from the function of CEO and join the supervisory board of the listed developer.
