DHL eCommerce Polska and Allegro have announced a strategic expansion of their partnership, integrating DHL BOX 24/7 parcel machines, DHL POP parcel pickup points, and DHL courier services with the Allegro Delivery partner program. Allegro customers will be able to utilise DHL’s expanded network of points and parcel machines. Thanks to this collaboration, Allegro Delivery will provide even more convenience for deliveries and online shopping accessibility, responding to market trends and customer needs.
“Introducing our parcel machines, pickup points, and courier deliveries to the Allegro Delivery program is an important step for us and an example of actions that respond to the dynamically growing needs of the e-commerce market in Poland. By joining the Allegro Delivery program, we provide buyers and sellers with fast, convenient, and reliable deliveries. Customers can enjoy not only a wide choice of products but also easy access to diverse, convenient delivery options, which significantly improves the shopping experience. These types of solutions allow for better control over the delivery process and greater flexibility, which is currently one of the most important factors influencing sender and recipient satisfaction. We are pleased that DHL solutions and the highest quality of our services will allow Allegro customers to enjoy even faster and more convenient shopping,” comments Agnieszka Świerszcz – CEO of DHL eCommerce Polska.
Allegro Delivery, a program introduced by Allegro, allows customers to choose a convenient form of delivery: to parcel machines, pickup points, or direct deliveries to an address. As part of its program, Allegro provides full care over the entire delivery process – from choosing a convenient form of delivery to support at every stage of the parcel journey, providing buyers and sellers with one point of contact. Thanks to Allegro’s cooperation with DHL, customers of Poland’s most popular e-commerce platform will gain even greater access to fast and convenient delivery solutions in their vicinity, significantly facilitating everyday online shopping. Thanks to an extensive network of parcel machines and pickup points and a modern logistics infrastructure throughout Poland, DHL e-Commerce will provide reliable, affordable, and environmentally friendly package delivery services.
“As announced, we are consistently developing the Allegro Delivery program to provide our customers with the highest standard of service. Joining DHL eCommerce, whose services are highly rated by our customers, means that as part of Allegro Delivery we will offer 27 thousand convenient pickup points throughout Poland. Thanks to this cooperation, customers gain even wider access to fast and secure delivery options, and Allegro will provide them with support at every stage – from purchase to receipt of the parcel. At the same time, we are looking to the future, studying the new needs of customers and sellers alike, to develop our services, invite further partners to cooperate and offer solutions that better meet changing expectations, says Jakub Kłoczewiak, Chief Operating Officer of Allegro.
“Our priority is to provide services that not only meet but also anticipate the expectations of our customers. With one of the most extensive networks of sender and pick-up points, covering over 20,000 locations, we can provide fast, convenient, and efficient logistic solutions, which significantly streamline the order fulfillment process. Thanks to continuous investment in modern technologies and innovative solutions, in areas such as parcel machines or sorting centers, we support the development of e-commerce in Poland, while taking care of our customers’ comfort and satisfaction,” adds Anna Krauze, Director of Strategic eCommerce Development at DHL eCommerce Polska.
The popularity of OOH (Out-of-Home advertising) deliveries and partner programs is growing. The development of last-mile logistics, especially in terms of deliveries to parcel machines and pickup points, meets the increasing demand for faster, more flexible, and sustainable delivery methods.
Parcel deliveries and returns in OOH networks are extremely popular in Poland. According to the latest DHL Online Shopper Trends Report, Poland is the only country where more buyers (64%) choose a parcel machine than doorstep deliveries. It is predicted that at an annual growth rate of 9.63%, the Polish e-commerce market will reach revenues of 36.13 billion dollars by 2029. 96% of Polish online shoppers surveyed by DHL claim that delivery options influence where they shop online. This makes the strong partnerships and reliable logistic solutions offered by DHL and Allegro even more critical in the future.
