One2tribe S.A., a technology company and leader in advanced solutions for employee engagement, reported a significant improvement in its consolidated financial results for the third quarter of 2024. The company’s consolidated revenues were 3.4 million PLN, increasing its consolidated EBITDA by over 150% to 670,000 PLN. The company also achieved a positive net result of 80,000 PLN. One2tribe also reported on the completion of several strategic pilot projects and its entry into a new market (the micro-influencer market) in its report.
In the third quarter, One2tribe S.A. completed the merger process with a subsidiary, One2tribe Labs Sp. z o.o. This acquisition allowed One2tribe to streamline the management of the rights to its key technology. Importantly, this transaction reduces the company’s current and future operating costs.

In the third quarter, One2tribe’s consolidated revenues amounted to 3.4 million PLN, representing an increase of nearly 17% compared to the same period last year. The consolidated results significantly improved. EBITDA grew by over 150%, reaching 670,000 PLN, and the net profit was nearly 80,000 PLN, compared to a loss of 430,000 PLN in the previous year.
In October, One2tribe successfully completed strategic pilot actions for a company in the fuel industry. The company’s technology was tested on a representative group of employees and led to an increase in the retail sales of selected products at service stations.
During the autumn business breakfast, dozens of company representatives, including from the retail industry, got a chance to learn about the results of one of the projects being implemented by One2tribe.
Just this year, One2tribe has signed agreements with Orange and L’Oréal Polska (the total value of the initial orders exceeds 1.8 million PLN). Additionally, thanks to cooperation with the new beauty industry market, One2tribe has significantly expanded its platform user group to include a new group – micro-influencers.
