On October 1, 2024, Katarzyna Unold took over as the head of TDJ Estate – an expert with many years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate sector. Maciej Wójcik resigned from his position as CEO.
From the beginning of October, Katarzyna Unold leads the board of TDJ Estate – an expert with over 20 years of experience in the development industry. For the past 6 years, she has held the position of Managing Director at ACCIONA Property – a development company belonging to the Spanish capital group, listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange. She was responsible for both the company’s development, increasing the volume of residential investments, and reorganizing the corporate structures in the Polish branch.
“For over 20 years of my professional career, I had the opportunity to implement projects in both residential and commercial segments – office and shopping centers. I have extensive experience in building organizational structures from scratch, but also reorganizations aimed at optimizing operations. My priority in the new role will be to accelerate the pace of organizational development, which will be based on nationwide expansion. Katarzyna Unold gained her previous professional experience at the development start-up Nacarat Poland, Skanska Property Poland, and ECE Projektmanagement. She is a graduate of Architecture at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice.
Currently, apart from Katarzyna Unold, the board of TDJ Estate includes Magdalena Sierankiewicz, vice president of the board, and Bartłomiej Solik, vice president of the board.
The former CEO of TDJ Estate – Maciej Wójcik – resigned from his position. He managed the Estate area in the TDJ Group for over 13 years. After stepping down from his position, he will remain in the organization in the role of a Board Advisor.
