Marek Rozbiewski has joined the team at Primavera Parfum Group as Business Development Director. He is an experienced manager, whose goal is to establish long-term relationships with network customers and to develop the distribution segment and own brands.
Primavera Parfum is one of the largest distributors and e-commerce sellers of cosmetic products in Poland. Operating on several fronts, as a distributor, importer, retailer, and dropshipping solution provider, it defines its activity as e-commerce hub. The resources of the Group include online stores such as Tagomago.pl and Perfumeria.pl. Recently, Primavera Parfum has been focusing on the development of so-called modern market, which includes the network customer segment among others. To increase its competencies in this area, the Group has hired an experienced manager with many years of experience in the FMCG industry, including cosmetics.
Marek Rozbiewski has taken on the role of Business Development Director, and his main tasks will be to initiate and start long-term cooperation with network customers and to maintain good business relations with them. However, these are not his only duties.
“I intend to take care of the development of Primavera Parfum’s distribution on the national market of distribution brands, as well as own brands. Achieving this goal will require support from the Marketing Department in building the product portfolio of the company’s offer,” informed Marek Rozbiewski, Business Development Director at Primavera Parfum.
According to Jędrzej Karasek, CEO of Primavera Parfum Group, hiring a new director will allow the Group to develop key areas of its business activities.
“We have high hopes for the work of the new Business Development Director. We want to use his many years of experience in the process of building new brands or performing strategic tasks, including budget planning,”said Karasek.
The new Business Development Director has as many as 24 years of experience in the beauty & health industry. During his career, he achieved spectacular success in companies such as Coca-Cola, Reckitt Benckiser and Eurus. His competencies include: development of commercial and marketing strategy, management of sales and marketing teams, commercial negotiations and building relationships with key customers, market analysis and adaptation to changing trends, as well as introducing innovative products to the market.
