The P180 office building in Warsaw, developed by Skanska, has been sold to INVESTIKA Real Estate Fund and its joint-venture partner BUD HOLDINGS. Located right next to the Wilanowska metro station, the building offers 32,000 square meters of office space.

P180 is a 15-story, Class A office building that reached nearly 100% occupancy within two years of its completion.

By using low-emission materials and modern building management systems, P180 sets new standards in the office market. We are pleased that investors have appreciated both the quality of the project and our approach to creating office spaces that meet the needs of modern companies,” said Mariusz Krzak, Executive Vice President Operations Poland and Czech Republic at Skanska Commercial Development Europe.

“The sale of P180 is proof that Skanska’s investments not only attract tenants but are also highly valued by investors. This is our second sale in Warsaw this year, which confirms the value of our investments in the capital’s real estate market and the soundness of our business strategy,” commented Adrian Karczewicz, Head of Divestments at Skanska Commercial Development Europe.

“Completed in 2022, the P180 office building provides top-tier office space for well-established international tenants. In terms of ESG, P180 has become our most sustainable investment, meeting the highest international certification standards. This is reflected in the building’s high energy efficiency, which translates to lower costs for tenants. With our long-term strategy of active asset and property management, we are confident in the long-term value growth of this investment,” said Rafał Proczek, Director of INVESTIKA Polska Services, responsible for managing the Polish part of the INVESTIKA Real Estate Fund portfolio.
