SD Worx has acquired the Polish startup TribePerk. This rapidly growing company offers an integrated package of cloud-based HR solutions, including payroll processing, HR tasks, and time tracking for Polish SMEs. With this acquisition, SD Worx expands its offerings for small and medium-sized enterprises and strengthens its position in the local market, where it is a leader in SAP and SuccessFactors solutions.
TribePerk, founded in 2020 and based in Lublin, supports companies with up to 200 employees through its SaaS platform and accompanying outsourced payroll services, either independently or via accountants.
— “TribePerk is the first fully cloud-based HR and payroll package on the Polish market. Poland is one of the largest economies in Europe, employing 17 million people, and Polish companies will increasingly adopt cloud-based HR solutions in the coming years. We will help develop the TribePerk solution to also serve companies with up to 1,000 employees. As a result, we will be able to support any business operating in Poland with payroll and HR services: smaller and medium-sized organizations with our own TribePerk payroll software and large organizations through our SAP & SuccessFactors offering. This perfectly aligns with our ambition to be the leading European provider of HR solutions,” said Kobe Verdonck, CEO of SD Worx.
— “With SD Worx, we have found a strong partner who has rapidly expanded our business and customer base. By offering Poland’s first real-time cloud-based payroll system, we simplify processes and save time for everyone involved in the payroll process — employees, employers, and payroll specialists. All HR and payroll information is available on a single, user-friendly platform, and thanks to the seamless flow of data between several modules, there is no need for manual data collection. Finally, and importantly, automation allows us to offer comprehensive services at highly competitive prices,” said Błażej Bereta, CEO of TribePerk.
SD Worx warmly welcomes TribePerk employees and its new customers, ensuring continuity for all of the startup’s existing clients. TribePerk will be integrated into the SD Worx organization, and its products will be linked with cloud-based solutions. The startup’s management team will remain onboard, with Błażej Bereta, CEO of TribePerk, reporting to the country leader of SD Worx Poland.
The transaction amount will not be disclosed.
