SatRev, a space technology company from the JRH ASI portfolio, has secured nearly PLN 15 million through a new issuance of series W shares. The rights issue received 404 basic subscriptions and 198 additional subscriptions. Demand for shares significantly exceeded supply, resulting in a high reduction of additional subscriptions at approximately 86%. The success of the issuance highlights SatRev’s operational efficiency and strong investor confidence in its vision and strategy.
The support of JRH ASI played a key role in achieving these results. Through their commitment and participation in the issuance, they provided SatRev with a solid foundation for further growth. “JRH’s support was crucial in enabling us to execute our strategy and accelerate our expansion into international markets,” emphasized Grzegorz Zwoliński, Founder and CEO of SatRev.
Looking Toward the Future
SatRev has ambitious plans for the future. “SatRev faces significant challenges and opportunities – one of them is entering the NewConnect market. We have already signed a letter of intent with ECL S.A. for this purpose,” said Zwoliński. “At the same time, we are intensifying our efforts toward innovative solutions, exemplified by our collaboration with REAKTO and REAKTO Drone Services. Together, we are creating a unique solution that integrates drone and satellite technologies, which will be developed under the newly established ORBITRA HOLDING, to which both parties will contribute.”
“SatRev is not just an investment in space but an investment in the future – innovative, sustainable, and global,” added Zwoliński, highlighting the company’s potential to generate long-term value for investors.
International Expansion and Key Projects
The company’s plans also include continued collaboration with the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and increased engagement in the Middle East. In addition to a satellite project for Oman, there is a plan to build a ground station in the country. SatRev is also actively participating in projects for the European Space Agency (ESA) and a mission for a South Korean client to develop and launch a 6U, 10-kilogram observation satellite.
SatRev is fulfilling a contract signed in 2023 with Poland’s National Agricultural Support Center (KOWR) to deliver satellite imagery covering over 96,000 square kilometers of Polish territory, valued at PLN 42 million. The company is focused on advancing the space sector, facilitating further expansion, and strengthening its position as a global leader in providing sovereign space solutions.
January Ciszewski, Founder and CEO of JRH ASI S.A., commented: “SatRev is one of the companies in our portfolio that I believe will continue to positively surprise investors. The secured funds and the planned entry into ORBITRA HOLDING, together with drone technology leader REAKTO and REAKTO Drone Services, will expand the company’s development opportunities. This synergy between satellite and drone technologies will create a new standard in Earth observation solutions. By leveraging our extensive network of contacts, we have combined the competencies and capabilities of these two entities, creating an efficient structure to develop cutting-edge solutions.”
