The Revetas Group announces a successful sale of the Class A office complex in Warsaw – Trinity One, to Longvilliers. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Today’s announcement was commented on by Eric Assimakopoulos, founding partner of Revetas: “We meticulously analysed the market and identified the optimal buyer, who will be developing this asset in full accordance with the investment strategy of Longvilliers. The success of this transaction underlines the versatility of the complex, which is strategically located in terms of office space and potential residential investment, reinforcing Warsaw’s reputation as a leading destination for well-located assets in Central and Eastern Europe.”
Trinity One is a Class A office complex located at the intersection of Domaniewska and Suwak streets in the Warsaw’s Służewiec Przemysłowy district. Spread across seven floors in three interconnected towers, Trinity One offers over 19,820 sqm of high-quality office space. The business park enjoys excellent access by tram, bus, train and car, and features the greatest variety of amenities in the area. The building can be perfectly adapted to service a wide range of tenants, from small to large companies, and its leasable area reaches up to 2,900 sqm. Spectacular panoramic views can be admired from the spacious rooftop terrace, an ideal place for breaks or informal meetings with clients. On behalf of the seller, Avison Young served as the sole intermediary, while the law firm DLA Piper was responsible for providing legal advisory services, while the purchaser was represented by the Polish law firm DMS.
