COMPANIESProacta S.A. signs a contract worth over 1.6 million PLN with the Medical Education Center through its subsidiary company

The bioinformatics company, Proacta, is steadily developing its products and services for entities in the medical industry. This is exemplified by the signing of a three-year contract by its subsidiary, Ve Space Sp. z o.o., with the Medical Education Center to provide a platform for organizing online events based on the original “Ve Space” solution. The contract value is over 1.6 million PLN, excluding additional services, which can be ordered during the contract duration.

The “Ve Space” platform enables the implementation of various types of online events, such as virtual trade fairs, congresses, or conferences. As part of the contract with the Medical Education Center, the “Ve Space” features will be adapted to organizing and conducting conferences and training in an online mode for medical staff.

“We are gradually increasing our commitment and developing further services towards the medical industry. In addition to innovative analytical tools for doctors and patients, we also have solutions that can be used in a wider spectrum. An example is the Ve Space platform for the organization of virtual and hybrid events, which this time will be adapted to the needs of online conferences and training for healthcare workers. We are aware of the high substantive value of the events organized by the Medical Education Center, therefore our goal will be to provide the best technology that will enable effective knowledge exchange”, says Maciej Grzywacki, Vice President of Proacta S.A.

The Medical Education Center is a company providing specialized training to increase the skills and practical qualifications of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, medical rescuers, and other healthcare workers.

Over the years, Proacta has developed its own complete solutions dedicated to various industries. In addition to “Ve Space”, the company also has the multifunctional platform for predictive analyses “DataBION”, used for collecting and processing medical and genetic data on their own servers.

The increased engagement in the bioinformatics segment has resulted in the creation of further tools for the medical industry. In early July, Proacta launched the “Dbam o siebie Smart LAB” platform, which, thanks to dedicated reports, supports patients in analyzing laboratory blood test results and helps take care of their health. Proacta is also developing the “Patient Portal”, which is used to monitor health condition, manage medical data, and support the treatment process. Another original solution is the “Digital Breast Cancer Unit” – an innovative platform using advanced technologies to optimize the breast cancer treatment process.

“Our technological solutions respond to the real needs of patients and specialists in the medical industry. In July, we launched the “Dbam o siebie Smart LAB” platform for a wide audience of individual users and we are in the stage of negotiating with medical units for further commercialization. In the next stages, we want to start offering more of our products. To implement our development plans and increased capital needs, we are also having discussions with investors as part of the ongoing public offering”, informs Paweł Ciesielka, President of the Management Board of Proacta S.A.

As part of its ongoing public offering of series N shares with pre-emption rights, Proacta has joined the so-called Board’s Tranche, which are invitations to the offer directed by the Proacta board. From July 23 to August 6, investors can, through the INC Brokerage House, submit subscriptions for series N shares not subscribed in the execution of the pre-emption right at an issue price of 0.50 PLN per share. Proacta plans to raise up to 2.02 million PLN for further development and promotion of its own products.
