The tech company One2tribe is working on enhancing the Tribeware platform, used by big organizations like LIDL, IKEA, and Vision Express, with image and video recognition functionality using AI models. The new solution is designed to aid users during their work, thanks to artificial intelligence that “sees through their eyes”. In the fourth quarter of 2024, One2tribe plans to release the first commercial version of the project that is currently being tested with selected clients.

The One2tribe team is developing its own AI architecture for automatic photo and image analysis as a part of the Tribeware platform. This means that thanks to the One2tribe technology, line workers will be able to receive tailored advice and training depending on their location and the situation they are involved in (for example, during workplace tidying). Managers and store staff will also be able to check product availability and shelf placement in real-time using their phones, manage marketing communications, and inspect display quality.

The unique approach involves the use of several AI models working together. For example, a segmentation model will help determine the position of objects relative to each other and their number. Language, multimodal, or image-based models will allow questions to be asked about the situation currently being observed. In this way, workers can receive real-time instructions, tasks, or guidance on their execution. In line with the Tribeware platform model, workers will receive points for correctly performing tasks, which they can then exchange for rewards.

“When we first announced this project as part of our strategy, we did not anticipate the technology would exceed our expectations. The solution is currently in the final stages of development. We are conducting initial tests with selected clients and we can see the results are very promising. We are actively making adjustments and updates. We expect to start commercialization activities associated with the project in the fourth quarter of this year,” says Wojciech Ozimek, Deputy CEO of One2tribe S.A.

One2tribe supports the growth of individuals, teams, and organizations daily via the Tribeware platform, offering a unique blend of psychology (human science) and technology (deep tech). The platform allows companies to grow by nurturing their workers and business partners. It is the only market solution integrating task management, rewarding, knowledge transfer between people, and communication. The solution is used by companies such as LIDL, IKEA, Vision Express, Bayer, and Sanofi.

One2tribe is engaged in work in the deep tech (AI) and human science sectors. The company has been recognized in international competitions, such as IBM Watson AI XPRIZE and Vivatech Challenge. This year, One2tribe also qualified for the “Scaling Responsible AI Solutions” program, organized by the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence (GPAI). The GPAI is a development-focused organization associated with the OECD.
