For the past 10 years, One2tribe has been constantly perfecting a unique technology to improve performance and employee engagement in large organizations. Their key product, the Tribeware platform, utilizes artificial intelligence tools, mechanisms borrowed from gaming, and elements of behavioral psychology. The high effectiveness of this technology is confirmed, among others, by the successful pilot implementation at the Bliski network and the extension of a contract with the Polish branch of Swedish giant IKEA, where the value of orders alone will amount to PLN 1.15 million by the end of this year.
Brands such as Lidl, Sanofi, Bayer, and Play utilize One2tribe’s technology. Just this year, One2tribe signed contracts with Orange and L’Oreal Polska (the value of the first orders totals over PLN 1.8 million). Additionally, thanks to cooperation with L’Oreal, One2tribe significantly expands the group of platform users to include a new group – micro-influencers collaborating with the cosmetic brand in four markets.
“We are not just another company offering so-called “fruit Thursdays” or wellbeing activities. We achieve concrete, measurable results while ensuring that we prevent employee burnout. Over the years, we have achieved spectacular results, as in the case of Vision Express, where the return on investment (ROI) for the program was 1758%. Our latest example is the pilot conducted at the Bliski store network, which includes Społem stores, where we recorded a sales increase averaging 327% above the planned target in all product categories in active sales campaigns. These numbers speak for themselves,” says Radosław Sosnowski, President of One2tribe S.A.
The Tribeware platform offered by One2tribe is an AI-enhanced application that supports managers and employees step by step in achieving specific goals. This is achieved thanks to complex, adaptative scenarios and appropriately assigned tasks that users perform. Using elements of gamification, the One2tribe method promotes cooperation instead of competition and rewards not only for results but primarily for progress and knowledge acquisition by employees (e-learning). As a result, the employer receives a specific result achieved thanks to employee engagement. Tribeware users are rewarded with virtual currency for achieving goals, which they can exchange for products from the platform store or prepaid cards.
Aside from signed contracts with new clients, one of the key factors confirming the effectiveness of One2tribe’s technology is the continuation of cooperation with current clients. In September, IKEA Retail decided to extend licensing of the Tribeware platform along with the campaign rewards budget for this period. The contract has been extended until the end of August 2025, and the total value of orders until the end of 2024 will amount to PLN 1.15 million.
“We are currently conducting a series of negotiations with new entities from the fuel, banking, and retail industries. Due to the complex structures of potential clients and the implementation of tests and pilot projects, the process of concluding contracts can take several months. Based on our experience, we know that by meeting and even significantly exceeding the goals set for us, we create opportunities to extend cooperation for many more years. We are confident in our technology, and our partners usually quickly realize how valuable the implementation of our solutions are for their business,” says Wojciech Ozimek, Vice President of One2tribe S.A.
