New sales management model and CFO change in Allianz Poland

COMPANIESNew sales management model and CFO change in Allianz Poland

At the beginning of 2025, a new sales management model will be implemented at Allianz Polska.

“Taking into account our own experiences and good market practices, we have concluded that a model in which we divide responsibility for own and external channels will be more efficient. This means that one board member will be responsible for both exclusive agency networks and the direct channel, and another – for cooperation with external channels” – says Marcin Kulawik, president of TUiR Allianz Polska S.A. and TU Allianz Życie Polska S.A.

Heading management of own channels from the new year will be Monika Kulińska, board member of TU Allianz Życie Polska S.A. The person responsible for external channels will be introduced after the recruitment process ends – until then, this part of the business is led by Marcin Kulawik.

“Monika Kulińska achieves excellent results managing the life network, both in terms of sales and quality, as well as recruitment. I am confident that with her energy and experience she will be an excellent leader for the property network and the direct team also. I wish her many further successes,” says Marcin Kulawik.

Along with the start of 2025, a change is also expected in the position of the board member of TUiR Allianz Polska S.A. and TU Allianz Życie Polska S.A. responsible for finance.

Vojtěch Pivný, who has fulfilled this role for four years, gets promoted within the group structure. From July 2025, he will take up the position of Regional CFO in the Allianz group for the Asia and Pacific region. He will move to Singapore at the beginning of 2025 to prepare well for the assumption of his ultimate function whilst serving as Deputy Regional CFO.

His duties will be taken over by Ioannis Kotsianos, currently leading Allianz in Bulgaria. Associated with the Allianz group for over 15 years, he has held many responsible managerial roles, including that of finance director.

Upon completion of the suitability assessment process (fit & proper), it is planned to appoint Ioannis Kotsianos as Management Board Member of TUiR Allianz Polska S.A. and TU Allianz Życie Polska S.A. responsible for finance by the Supervisory Boards of both companies.

“I would like to sincerely thank Vojtěch for his excellent management of our companies’ finances and risk in recent years, which was particularly demanding in the process of preparing and conducting the merger. Vojtěch has played a key role in preparing the Aviva acquisition plan. He leaves our finances in very good condition. I wish him great satisfaction from next professional challenge and all the best in his private life. We look forward to working with Ioannis Kotsianos with great hope,” says Marcin Kulawik, president of TUiR Allianz Polska S.A. and TU Allianz Życie Polska S.A.
