MLP Group has concluded a transaction with BNP Paribas Bank. The institution has provided financing for a total amount of 21.5 million EUR. The procured funds will be used for refinancing the construction of a warehouse facility of a size of 34.6 thousand square meters, located in the MLP Pruszków II logistics center. The bank was advised by the Kycia Legal Banking Finance law firm.
MLP Group has successfully finalized the transaction with the BNP Paribas Bank. According to the agreed terms, the institution granted financing for a total amount of 21.5 million EUR. The granted loan will be used to refinance an existing facility measuring 34.6 thousand square meters within the MLP Pruszków II logistics park.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics center located near Warsaw, in the municipality of Brwinów, 5 km from Pruszków. It is the largest complex in the region, with a target rental area of over 424,000 square meters. Selected buildings have a prestigious BREEAM certificate. In line with the MLP Group’s ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are mounted on the roofs.
MLP Pruszków II has developed transportation connections with both central Warsaw and the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road No. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, 3 km from the communication junction located in the Pruszków-Żbikowo area. Nearby are international railway lines, which provide excellent logistics conditions for both domestic and international distribution. The park has a bus stop and a self-service Nextbike bicycle rental station.
