MLP Group is strengthening its position in the Polish market with the establishment of a new logistics and industrial center in Rzeszow. MLP Rzeszow will provide more than 52,000 square meters of modern warehouse and office space. The initiation of the investment is planned for the second quarter of 2025.
MLP Group has acquired land ownership and obtained environmental decisions for the implementation of the new logistics and industrial park in the Podkarpackie province. The realization of MLP Rzeszow will commence in the second quarter of 2025. This will be the seventeenth center in Poland for MLP Group, and the twenty-fourth overall, including locations in other serviced countries.
MLP Rzeszow will be created on a plot of 11.7 hectares located in Rzeszow on Technologiczna Street. The investment is a greenfield project, that is, it will be implemented from scratch on undeveloped land. Following the plan, it will deliver 46,700 square meters of warehouse space and 5,400 square meters of social and office space. MLP Group certifies all its investments with BREEAM and DNGB, confirming compliance with international standards in terms of environmental protection.

MLP Rzeszow will be ideally located for domestic and international supply chain operations, with its proximity to the Ukrainian border supporting trade with that market. Only a 15-minute drive from downtown Rzeszow and 19 km from Jasionka Airport, it will be easily accessible for tenants. MLP Rzeszow will also be conveniently located near key road arteries, just 3 km from the Via Carpatia (S19) route and 8.5 km from the A4 highway, providing efficient transport in the north-south and east-west axes.
Consistent with the “build & hold” strategy, MLP Group after completing the construction of logistics parks keeps them in its portfolio and manages them independently. All projects carried out by the Group are also distinguished by the very attractive location of logistics parks, the use of the built-to-suit solution, and support for the tenant during the lease.
