Mikołaj Ciaś, a manager with 20 years of experience in the FMCG sector, has been appointed as the Vice President of the Management Board at LINK4. He will be responsible for commercial areas, including the insurer’s marketing. Previously, he worked in large international corporations where he served as Marketing Director and a board member.
For over two decades, Mikołaj Ciaś has gained experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, holding key managerial roles at both local and international levels. He is a strategic marketer and an experienced leader in change and transformation. He has worked at Unilever Poland, Carlsberg Poland, Coca-Cola Poland as Marketing Director and a board member, and at Marie Brizzard Wine and Spirits, where he led the company’s Commercial Department. He also co-founded the startup KRAVT & CO., where he served as CEO.

The new Vice President of LINK4 is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Environmental Engineering, specializing in Management, and has completed numerous courses and training in management, marketing, strategy building, finance, and sales. He also completed the Executive Management Program at IMD Institute in Switzerland.
