September 3rd, 2024 – Katarzyna Mosoń, an expert with over 10 years of experience in negotiation, recruitment, and business development in the international environment, has been appointed the new Regional Director of Colliers in Wrocław. In her new role, she will be responsible for comprehensive advice in the field of property leasing strategy for new and existing clients of the company, and for the development and strengthening of Colliers’ position in Lower Silesia region.

During her professional career, Katarzyna Mosoń cooperated with numerous international clients, representing industries such as: real estate, IT, finance, pharmaceuticals, law, HR, and consulting. She also supported her clients in implementing strategic projects related to location of BPO/SSC centers. She gained her professional experience, among others at CBRE, where since 2021 she held the position of Senior Consultant, later becoming an Associate Director. Earlier, as a Senior Negotiator, she cooperated with Cushman & Wakefield, and as an Area Manager at IWG Poland, responsible for the Wrocław region, managed business centers and was responsible for the company’s financial results.

Katarzyna is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław and the Faculty of Management and Finance at the Wrocław University of Economics.
