Job Market for Ukrainians in 2025: High Demand for Warehouse Workers and Specialists in Poland

CAREERSJob Market for Ukrainians in 2025: High Demand for Warehouse Workers and Specialists in Poland

Among job offers directed at Ukrainians that do not require qualifications and knowledge of the Polish language, the most popular in 2025 will be warehouse workers- predicts a report from the Analytical Center Gremi Personal, an international employment agency.

There will be plenty of jobs in clothing warehouses, including brand clothing, in pharmaceutical, printing, plastic parts, rubber, and metal warehouses. Furthermore, workers will be sought for the production and packaging of food products, including the production and packaging of semi-finished products as well as snacks, olives, and sweets. Among the popular professions taken up by women over the past few years is a forklift operator. This position will also remain one of the most popular in warehouses in Poland. The average monthly salary is 4500 – 6000 zloty.

The forecast of the Analytical Center indicates that the level of automation of processes in large production plants and warehouses in Poland is increasing year by year. Machines perform the most challenging tasks which decrease the physical strain on workers. Therefore, it is expected that the development of technology and the economy will lead to increased demand for both lowly and highly qualified workers.

The Polish market is changing dynamically, requiring flexibility and the ability to adjust to new challenges. At the same time, both laws and tax conditions are rapidly changing. In this context, the agency predicts a requirement for highly qualified specialists. In 2025, the most sought-after will be managers (leaders with analytical skills who can manage diverse teams). There will be no less demand for sales specialists. The three highest positions are financiers and accountants. These positions can be held by Ukrainians, but besides qualifications, knowledge of the Polish language is a necessary condition. Workers with such a profession can expect a salary of 14,500 – 16,500 zloty.

The most valued specialists are individuals with an analytical mindset who can adapt quickly to market conditions. These individuals not only work according to templates but actively seek new solutions, continuously analyzing changing data and trends. They look at situations in a broader context, understanding not only the current market needs but also predicting possible changes. This agile management skill of tools and techniques allows them to effectively respond to dynamic market challenges and make informed decisions that ensure sustainable success in the long term. Polish companies are currently competing for such specialists- comments Liliia Tereshchenko, Vice President of Gremi Personal.
