New managing directors are joining the InPost Group, taking on the CEO role in key markets. Neil Kuschel has been appointed Managing Director at InPost in the UK, while Laurent Bendavid will serve at Mondial Relay, overseeing France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
“After our success in Poland, InPost Group is focusing on expanding its activities in other European markets. I am thrilled that two outstanding leaders have joined us to help achieve our strategic growth objectives in these crucial markets. Accelerating expansion in the UK and France requires vast operational knowledge and experience. Moreover, the challenges we have set for ourselves necessitate continuous investment in talent. I am confident that Neil’s and Laurent’s skills will strengthen InPost Group’s position in the European markets and help reach our ambitious goals,” said Rafał Brzoska, CEO and founder of InPost Group.
Last year in France, despite a particularly challenging environment, InPost Group not only grew faster than the market but also saw a 23% year-on-year increase in B2C volumes. Within just two years, Mondial Relay became the number one network of parcel machines in France.
In the UK, 2023 was a breakthrough year for InPost. The brand currently holds a leading position in terms of network size in the UK. The group acquired stakes in logistics operator Menzies Distribution, increasing its control over the logistics process. Moreover, InPost UK saw a significant increase in handled volumes and EBITDA profitability.
Michael Rouse, CEO of InPost International, highlighted, “Mondial Relay is now entering a new phase of consumer-oriented transformation, accelerating our market share growth ambitions, network expansion, and delivery quality. In the UK, we plan to continue our dynamic development strategy based on last year’s success, including our strategic partnership with Menzies and nationwide expansion of our network.”
