SECURITYIf Ukraine Falls, Poland Will Be Next

Recently, there have been reports that the United States is possibly going to lift restrictions on the use of weapons – concerning their range and use on Russia’s territory by Ukraine. All this is meant to mobilize society, but also politicians in a broad coalition, not to be discouraged and to persist in helping Ukraine. If Ukraine surrenders, falls, or in any way cannot stand firm, then – as stated in a debate by the candidate for president, current vice president of the United States Kamala Harris – after Ukraine, Poland will be next.

“Today we think about whether we will endure as societies – because the war in Ukraine, led by Russia, has been going on for over two years,” said Colonel Maciej Matysiak, reserve officer, expert at the Stratpoints Foundation, and former deputy head of the Internal Security Agency, to eNewsroom.pl. “And we do not know how much longer it will last. Will politicians have enough strength and patience – not only in Poland, but also throughout Europe and in the United States? During a joint conference, the heads of the CIA and MI6 clearly stated that Europe is becoming a field of sabotage for Russia and this is designed to discourage us from supporting Ukraine. In his speech, Lloyd Austin, the United States Secretary of Defense, emphasized that Ukraine must be a free country and should not succumb to Russia. The coalition, including the United States, will do everything to ensure this,” explained reserve Colonel Maciej Matysiak.
