hiPower Energy and Enervigo have signed a letter of intent in connection with ongoing negotiations regarding cooperation in the sale and implementation of projects aimed at decarburizing the heat industry and other industries using hydrogen technologies and alternative fuels.
hiPower Energy is continually developing a complementary group of projects focused around the production and storage of hydrogen and expanding its capabilities. The purpose of the letter of intent signed with Enervigo, a leader in energy transformations for companies and heating firms, is to establish the conditions for cooperation in the development and implementation of hiPower Energy’s hydrogen technologies in decarbonization processes, where Enervigo has extensive experience.
“The signed letter of intent is a confirmation of the direction of ongoing negotiations and joint identification of promising areas for cooperation. We hope that within a few weeks, we will work out a target model of business and financial cooperation in the joint offering and implementation of projects. I believe that as a result of this cooperation, our exposure to the extremely important processes of decarbonizing the energy sector will significantly increase,” comments Dr. Jacek Gliniak, CEO and co-creator of hiPower Energy technology.
Enervigo offers a unique service of the Energy Transformation Program, implemented using the combined competencies of consulting, energy technology, general contracting, and service teams. The program can be executed as a service, which for customers means the possibility of implementing investments to increase energy efficiency in the subscription model, without having to incur expenditures at the start of the investment. The “as a service” model represents real savings for organizations planning to optimize energy management.
“Based on our many years of experience from conducted energy audits and implementation of technology in the field of cogeneration, polygeneration, heat pumps, photovoltaics, lighting, we want to support hiPower in the development and commercialization of alternative fuel technologies, especially hydrogen and methanol,” comments Piotr Gawdzik, Director of the Business Development Office at Enervigo.
The parties to the agreement intend to cooperate in creating technological and business concepts, the aim of which will be to prepare a joint offer and later implementation of projects based on the technological solutions offered by hiPower Energy.
hiPower Energy’s comprehensive offer centers around innovative solutions addressed to the hydrogen industry and other industries. The hydrogen companies group recently acquired plasma gasification of biomass technology, which allows for cheap and mass production of hydrogen and synthesis gas. They also have breakthrough technology in their portfolio that ensures the tightness of installations and hydrogen tanks, solving the burning problem of hydrogen leakage, and innovative technology for hydrogen recovery and recycling. Acquisition and development of ready-to-commercialize solutions is a strategic direction for hiPower Energy, enabling the group to meet global challenges posed by the hydrogen economy, which plays an increasingly important role in the decarbonization process.
