HEINEKEN Global Shared Services announces ambitious hiring plans to recruit about 400 new employees at its business services center in Kraków by the end of 2024. Due to rapid business expansion, the company emphasizes the strategic importance of the city as a key hub for its entire network of business service centers.

Kraków is a leader in the business services market. Employers in this sector currently employ nearly 98,000 people in 273 business service centers located within the city. Projections for 2024 indicate further employment growth, with the number of people employed in BPO/SSC centers in the capital of Małopolska set to exceed 105,000, according to a report by ABSL.

The HEINEKEN center in Kraków, established in 2012, plans to exceed 2,000 employees this year. The center’s areas of operation encompass finance, digital technology, supply chain, transformation, and support functions. Experts from HEINEKEN Global Shared Services support all European HEINEKEN operations and the company’s headquarters.

Ákos Magyari, Director of the Center and member of the HEINEKEN Global Shared Services board, underlines, “Kraków plays a key role in our business operations. This is a dynamic city full of talent, which hosts an important hub for our company. We are seeking the best specialists, and the planned hiring of 400 new people proves that we have a vision and a plan for the development of our organization. As part of this and our company’s transformation process, we are looking for candidates at various career stages – juniors, specialists, leaders, and managers.”

The HEINEKEN center is seeking, among others, specialists in the field of financial and managerial accounting, obligation and receivable servicing specialists, financial controllers, and management personnel. Positions will also be found for individuals fluent in German, French, Spanish or Dutch. The HEINEKEN Global Shared Services team supports processes in 17 different languages.

Furthermore, the company is looking for staff for its IT department. HEINEKEN will employ data engineers, experts dealing with technologies such as SAP, Cloud (Azure), PowerBI, Internet of Things, Machine Learning and specialists dealing with artificial intelligence. Recruitments are also open for positions for Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Scrum Masters.
