Eberspächer Sütrak GmbH & Co. KG, part of the Eberspächer Group, one of the world’s leading automotive technology suppliers, plans to open a new production and warehouse facility and increase production capacity. The location selection in Poland was advised by Savills.
Eberspächer Sütrak GmbH & Co. KG specializes in the design, production, and delivery of innovative, energy-efficient, and eco-friendly thermal management systems for buses and coaches.
The new, dedicated production and warehouse facility (BTS, built-to-suit) will be constructed in Przylesie (Olszanka municipality – Brzeski county, Opolskie voivodeship) and delivered by the development company 7R as the 7R Green Saver standard. The facility, covering 12,500 square meters with an additional 1,000 square meters of office space, will be completed by December 2024. Thanks to the 7R Green Saver standard, the building will be low-emission and will feature a range of energy-efficient solutions.
