Mike Parra, the current General Manager for North and South America, will take on the position of General Manager of DHL Express in Europe.
Andrew Williams, who is currently the General Manager of DHL Express Canada, has been appointed as the new Regional General Manager for both Americas.
Both Parra and Williams will report to John Pearson, the global General Manager of DHL Express, and will join the Global Board of DHL Express.
The changes to the structure of DHL Express, a leading company dealing with international express air shipments, will come into effect as of January 1, 2024.

Mike Parra began his logistics career with DHL Express in 1997 and has been serving as General Manager for both Americas since 2016. During this time, he doubled the size of the DHL Express division in terms of revenue, created over 12,000 jobs and expanded the operational reach in the region, most recently through new regional hubs in the USA, Mexico and Canada as well as flights within the network to Argentina, Chile and Brazil. As the newly appointed Regional General Manager for Europe, Parra will manage the operations of DHL Express in over 60 countries and territories. He will lead a team of over 46,000 employees handling more than 1.3 million customers.
Andrew Williams’ logistics career started in 1996. He has been developing his skills within the DHL Express structures on the Canadian market for more than 20 years, where he assumed the role of president in 2015. During his tenure, the DHL Express Canada team doubled in size and the country became one of the top five worldwide in terms of inbound delivery volume. As the Regional General Manager for North and South America, Williams will be responsible for managing DHL Express operations in over 55 countries and territories, leading a team of more than 27,000 employees servicing over 600,000 customers.
