Based on development and preliminary agreements, Develia sold 2700 properties during the first three quarters of 2024, compared to 2059 apartments in the same period the previous record year, representing an increase of 31%. The developer delivered 1798 units compared to 1298 the year before, or 39% more.
From January to September 2024, Develia sold 2700 units based on development and preliminary contracts, of which 59 were apartments in projects carried out jointly with Grupo Lar Polska. In the third quarter alone, sales amounted to 751 units compared to 875 in the same period in 2023.
As of the end of September, the developer also had 201 reservation agreements, a significant part of which will be transformed into development contracts shortly.
“After the third quarter, we are close to achieving the annual sales target of 2900-3100 apartments, which we are pleased with, especially given the current challenging market situation. We plan to reach this goal or exceed it slightly. The expected result for 2024 will allow us to increase market shares and strengthen Develia’s position,” says Andrzej Oślizło, CEO of Develia. “In the coming months, we will focus primarily on transferring apartments, which is in line with the schedule of implemented projects and preparing an attractive offer that will give us a strong start next year”, adds Andrzej Oślizło.
In the third quarter of 2024, the largest number of apartments found buyers in the Central Park and City Vibe investments in Krakow and Bemosphere in Warsaw.
From July to September 2024, Develia handed over 741 units, compared to 632 in the same period the previous year, or 17% more. Since the beginning of the year, the developer has transferred 1798 units compared to 1298 in the same period in 2023, or 39% more. According to the schedule of projects, the accumulation of transfers will occur in the fourth quarter, which will positively affect Develia’s results for 2024.
