Columbus Energy Group sells part of its farm projects. The buyer is Nyx Renewable Energy from the GoldenPeaks Capital Group.

A preliminary agreement signed today between the companies of the Columbus Energy Group and Nyx Renewable Energy Sp. z o.o., which is part of GoldenPeaks Capital (GPC), involves the sale of 30 Columbus Energy farm projects, carried out by 19 subsidiary companies from the Group. These are projects with issued connection conditions and ready to build (RtB), with a total capacity of 28.077 MW. After finalizing the terms of the sale, the transaction will be executed in several tranches.

We strive to increase the value of these assets, therefore, when a business offer comes along that contributes to the development of the Group, we are eager to take advantage of it. GoldenPeaks Capital is a fund specializing in the construction and operation of photovoltaic projects, which guarantees the realization of these projects at the highest professional level,” says Dawid Zieliński, President of Columbus Energy S.A.

GoldenPeaks Capital specializes in the construction and operation of photovoltaic systems. The group is one of the largest owners of photovoltaic systems in Poland and Hungary, with over 15 years of experience in structuring energy projects worldwide, with a total capacity of more than 6,000 MW.
