Zeneris Projekty S.A., listed on the NewConnect market, generated almost PLN 1.8 million in net sales revenue in the third quarter and achieved over PLN 4.5 million in net revenue for the first three quarters of 2024. The Poznan-based company, which carries out hydrotechnical and photovoltaic projects, is continuing its development in the area of flood protection and is commencing the execution of services that include the performance of carbon footprint analysis for businesses. Zeneris Projekty is also undertaking activities related to development in the prospective segment of large-scale energy storage, which will be covered by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management’s (NFOŚiGW) new subsidy programme with a total budget of PLN 4 billion.
The company consistently implements a strategy based on diversification of activities, seeking new areas of development. In the third quarter, Zeneris Projekty S.A. carried out a number of hydrotechnical projects. One of them is a comprehensive hydrotechnical project currently being carried out on the so-called Y line of high-speed rail, that is, on the section from the Central Communication Port to Wrocław and Poznań.
The company also conducted business in the area of photovoltaic projects and expanded the sale of mobile flood protection systems, for which it is the exclusive distributor, designer and contractor on the Polish market.
– We are pleased to observe the growing interest and sales in the field of mobile and automatic flood protection systems. We address them to a very wide range of recipients – both to the government and local governments, as well as fire brigades, hospitals, housing communities, individual homeowners and businesses, including industrial plants. We place high hopes on the development of our company in this sector and count on its positive impact on the financial results for the next quarters ” said Mariusz Kostrzewa, CEO of Zeneris Projekty.
From July to the end of September 2024, the Poznan-based company also started activities in a new area. In response to the new needs of customers related to the entry into force of ESG reporting obligation, Zeneris Projekty S.A. introduced to its offer the execution of carbon footprint analysis for businesses.
– From January 2025, ESG reporting will become mandatory for the first group of companies, which includes almost 4000 businesses in Poland. Over time, the number of companies obliged to include carbon footprint analysis in their reports will increase. Based on our experience in providing environmental services, we decided to support businesses in fulfilling legal requirements and we have already fulfilled the first orders in this area. We see promising growth prospects and an opportunity to offer comprehensive services related to improving energy efficiency along with carbon footprint reporting. In many sectors of the economy, data on the generated carbon footprint starts to influence the purchasing decisions of business counterparts, explains Mariusz Kostrzewa.
The third quarter also brought the company the first projects related to the second new area of operation, which includes the design and assembly of industrial energy storage for B2B sector clients. Rich experience in the implementation of photovoltaic projects, a qualified team and cooperation with technological partners providing large-scale energy storage are significant competitive advantages of Zeneris Projekty.
– We hope that thanks to them we will successfully develop our activities in the area of industrial energy storage, which will be covered by the government subsidy programme with a total pool reaching PLN 4 billion. Our experience and positive relations with customers interested in lowering electricity prices make us look forward to the start of the programme, which according to the NFOŚiGW is scheduled to start in March 2025. We assume that the new area of our activity, which started in the third quarter, will find positive reflection in our financial results for subsequent reporting periods, summarises Mariusz Kostrzewa.
