COMPANIESXTPL Reports Record-Breaking Q3 2025: Commercial Sales Reach PLN 5.1 Million, Up 400% Year-on-Year

XTPL has released preliminary estimates for the third quarter of 2025, reporting PLN 5.1 million in revenue from product and service sales — the best third quarter in the company’s history in terms of commercial performance. The result was driven by the delivery of six Delta Printing System (DPS) devices and four Ultra-Precise Dispensing (UPD) modules to customers.

Cumulatively, after the first nine months of 2025, XTPL generated PLN 10.2 million in product and service sales, compared to PLN 6.7 million in the same period last year — representing a +54% year-on-year increase. The company traditionally records its strongest results in the fourth quarter, and the Management Board sees potential for a record-breaking full-year performance in 2025.

“XTPL recorded its best third quarter ever in terms of commercial sales. We achieved this despite challenges such as reduced grant availability for scientific institutions in the U.S. and global customs disruptions, which underscores the company’s growing business momentum. We continue to accelerate regardless of market headwinds. Our commercial sales after the first three quarters exceeded PLN 10.2 million, and with Q4 being historically our strongest period, we see a real opportunity for a record year,”
said Filip Granek, CEO of XTPL S.A.

“At the same time, we entered Q4 2025 with five projects at the final evaluation stage before industrial implementation decisions, and we are preparing to launch our new DPS+ business line, which features a significantly higher unit price and the potential for multi-unit package orders. This is a much stronger position than a year ago and gives us excellent prospects for 2026,”
Granek added.

Strong year-on-year growth and solid financial position

According to preliminary data, XTPL’s Q3 2025 revenue from product and service sales reached PLN 5.1 million, marking a +400% increase year-on-year. For the first nine months, total commercial sales amounted to PLN 10.2 million, up +54% compared to the same period in 2024.

In Q3 2025, the company did not receive new grant funding, but it may still recognize related revenue in its financial statements, consistent with asset-based grant accounting principles. As of September 30, 2025, XTPL’s cash balance stood at PLN 10.4 million.

“The company’s cash position at the end of September 2025 amounted to PLN 10.4 million. Ongoing cost optimization across the organization continues to reduce operating expenses and support working capital management. Additionally, a significant portion of commercial sales achieved in Q3 will positively impact cash flow in Q4 2025. Combined with our historically strong year-end results, this should help further strengthen and stabilize XTPL’s financial position over the next two to three quarters,”
said Jacek Olszański, Management Board Member for Finance at XTPL S.A.

Three commercial business lines and advanced industrial projects

XTPL commercializes three complementary business lines:

  • UPD (Ultra-Precise Dispensing) modules – printheads for industrial implementation in production lines of global electronics manufacturers,
  • Delta Printing System (DPS) – prototyping devices serving as technology demonstrators,
  • High Performance Materials (HPM) – nanoinks used by both UPD and DPS systems.

Currently, XTPL has five advanced projects in the final evaluation phase before industrial deployment decisions. These projects cover strategic sectors such as semiconductors and displays, with end customers or partners including:

  • a leading semiconductor manufacturer from Taiwan,
  • one of the world’s largest flat panel display producers from South Korea, and
  • a renowned industrial machinery manufacturer listed on the Nasdaq 100 in the United States.

With this strong commercial momentum, strategic partnerships, and a growing product portfolio, XTPL is positioning itself for continued expansion in 2026 and beyond.
