Chinese electric-car brand XPENG is opening its seventh Polish showroom in Kraków. The new location at 3B Wadowicka Street will be operated with regional dealer Grupa Dynamica and is intended to serve customers from Małopolska as well as parts of Silesia and Podkarpackie.

Kraków joins Warsaw, Poznań, Bydgoszcz, Gdańsk, Katowice and Opole in XPENG’s Polish network. Customers will be able to see the current model range, arrange test drives and use after-sales services locally.

The showroom is being developed in the southern part of Kraków, with access intended not only for city residents but also customers travelling from Tarnów, Bielsko-Biała, Nowy Sącz, Nowy Targ, Mielec and Chrzanów.

Grupa Dynamica is an established automotive group in the Małopolska market. For XPENG, the partnership provides local sales and service infrastructure without having to build a wholly owned network from scratch.

XPENG G9 AND G6 ELECTRIC CARS

The Kraków showroom will present the models currently offered by XPENG in Poland. The G6 is an electric SUV coupé built on an 800-volt architecture, with a manufacturer-declared WLTP range of up to 535 km. Under suitable charging conditions, XPENG says the battery can be charged from 10% to 80% in around 12 minutes.

The larger G9 Long Range offers a declared WLTP range of up to 585 km. The range also includes the seven-seat X9 minivan, with up to 615 km, and the P7+ fastback, with up to 530 km. All use high-voltage architecture designed to support rapid charging.

L03 is also planned for Poland

Another model announced for the Polish market is the XPENG L03. It is expected to be available both as a fully electric vehicle and as an EREV, where a combustion engine acts as a generator rather than directly serving as the main source of propulsion.

The range-extender version is expected to offer more than 200 km of battery-only driving and a combined declared range above 1,000 km. The manufacturer is also promising a new generation of driver-assistance and onboard software systems.

Dealer networks are becoming a competitive factor

For Chinese automotive brands entering Europe, product specifications are only part of the challenge. Buyers also want convenient test drives, local service, warranty support and confidence that parts and technical assistance will be available after purchase.

That makes physical network expansion strategically important. XPENG is entering successive Polish cities through partnerships with local dealer groups, and Kraków gives the company its first location in Małopolska.

The Polish electric-car market is becoming more crowded, with European, American, Korean and Chinese brands competing not only on price and range but also charging speed, software and customer support. A denser dealer network can therefore be a practical advantage as awareness of newer brands grows.
