Wirtualna Polska has recorded one of the strongest quarters in its history. Between July and September 2025, the Group generated PLN 716.1 million in cash revenues—an increase of nearly 67% year-on-year—and PLN 241.6 million in adjusted EBITDA, up 57% compared with the previous year. The tourism segment remains the main growth engine, significantly strengthened by the acquisition of Invia Group and the expansion of the Group’s brand portfolio across Central and Eastern Europe. At the same time, WP is investing heavily in media operations, advertising technologies, and AI-powered products, reinforcing the foundations for long-term growth.

Strong financial performance in Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. posted PLN 716.1 million in cash sales revenues, marking a nearly 67% increase compared with Q3 2024. The Group’s adjusted EBITDA reached PLN 241.6 million, representing 57% year-on-year growth. This dynamic improvement is driven primarily by the tourism segment, boosted by recent acquisitions.

Tourism segment continues to lead growth

The tourism segment once again delivered the highest contribution to WP Group’s results. Segment revenues reached PLN 490 million, and EBITDA totalled PLN 182 million. Growth was fueled mainly by strong demand for international travel across Central and Eastern Europe.

Further momentum came from the early 2025 completion of Invia Group’s acquisition, creating an international structure spanning brands in nine European countries. The acquisition of the Romanian travel platform Creative Eye (LitoralulRomanesc.ro), executed through WP-owned Szallas Group, also contributed to expanding WP’s tourism footprint in the CEE region.

Investments in advertising, subscriptions, and technology

In its advertising and subscription segment, WP continues to invest heavily in product development and new technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and user engagement.

“For yet another consecutive quarter, we are reporting excellent results in tourism, which has become the cornerstone of our Group’s growth. Our financial statements clearly show that this year is a time of major investment in our media business. We are expanding teams in product and technology. Year-on-year, our employee-related expenses increased by more than PLN 20 million, and we are running an advertising campaign worth another PLN 5 million.
We are developing the WPartner brokerage business and investing in WP Booster—our AI-supported performance marketing product—as well as the self-serve platform WP ADS. Each of these initiatives already accounts for around 10% of our revenues individually. We see these efforts as investments in the coming decades, especially now as we celebrate WP’s 30th anniversary,”
said Jacek Świderski, CEO of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A.
