The Ordinary General Meeting of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) has elected the members of the Supervisory Board for a new term. The Board is composed of Paweł Homiński, Waldemar Markiewicz, Piotr Prażmo, Wiesław Rozłucki, Małgorzata Rusewicz, Iwona Sroka, and Katarzyna Szwarc.
- The Supervisory Board of the GPW consists of up to seven members.
- The term of the Supervisory Board lasts three years.
On June 27, 2024, the Ordinary General Meeting of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) elected a seven-member Supervisory Board for a new three-year term. The members appointed to the Supervisory Board are:

- Piotr Prażmo
- Wiesław Rozłucki
- Małgorzata Rusewicz
- Iwona Sroka
- Katarzyna Szwarc
The new joint term of the Supervisory Board will begin the day after the Ordinary General Meeting of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
