ECONOMYWage Growth in Poland Slows to 7.9% YoY in February 2025

The average salary in the enterprise sector in Poland grew by 7.9% year-over-year (YoY) in February 2025, falling short of market expectations, which had been set at 8.7% YoY. The average gross salary in the enterprise sector reached 8,613.14 PLN in February 2025.

A clear trend of slowing wage growth is becoming evident, following a record-breaking 2024, when Poland experienced its fastest salary increases in over 20 years. As wage pressures continue to ease, their impact on pro-inflationary processes in Poland is also diminishing.
