Victoria Dom—one of the largest residential developers in Poland—has announced its sales results for the fourth quarter of 2025. During this period, the company sold 444 apartments, compared with 152 units in Q4 2024, representing an increase of more than 192%. Full-year sales reached 1,365 apartments versus 1,014 in 2024, nearly 35% higher year on year. In 2026, Victoria Dom plans to sell between 1,600 and 1,700 apartments.
“After a series of interest rate cuts by the National Bank of Poland in 2025, the housing market is emerging from stagnation. Since the second quarter, sales have been gradually recovering, supported by a broad offering on the primary market and a wide selection of completed apartments on both the primary and secondary markets,” said Waldemar Wasiluk, Vice President of the Management Board of Victoria Dom S.A. “Mortgage costs below 6% are becoming increasingly acceptable to buyers, who are more often using bank financing when purchasing homes for their own needs. We are seeing this trend more and more clearly in our sales offices,” he added.
According to Vice President Wasiluk, sales in 2026 are expected to grow in the popular segment offered by Victoria Dom in Warsaw, Kraków, and Gdynia, where the developer plans to introduce new projects to its sales portfolio. As noted, Victoria Dom aims to sell 1,600–1,700 apartments in 2026.
In 2025, Victoria Dom delivered 1,275 apartments to customers, compared with 1,648 in 2024—down 23% year on year. Some handovers of sold apartments were shifted from December 2025 to the first quarter of 2026 and will be recognized in the company’s 2026 results.
