Vertiv has signed a distribution agreement with PNY Technologies, a leading supplier of NVIDIA-based systems in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Under the partnership, Vertiv and PNY will collaborate to deliver comprehensive power and cooling solutions based on Vertiv’s validated reference designs for the latest artificial intelligence platforms. The companies will also provide support for system integrators and resellers, helping them accelerate AI system deployment across the EMEA region.
The rapid development of AI systems is driving unprecedented demand for computing power, requiring high-density digital infrastructure. The partnership between Vertiv and PNY simplifies this complex process by giving system integrators a proven and optimized roadmap for deploying infrastructure in AI environments. Through this collaboration, customers can access complete, validated solutions for their AI projects, reducing implementation risks and enhancing operational efficiency.
Under the agreement, channel partners can source complete solutions from PNY that include Vertiv’s high-density power and cooling systems. These have been designed to support the NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 platform, for which Vertiv has developed comprehensive power and cooling design guidelines, as well as the NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 platform, featuring an energy-efficient reference architecture for power and cooling. Both designs are available as SimReady assets—ready-to-use models for digital twin simulations—compatible with the NVIDIA Omniverse Digital Twin for AI Factory Blueprint, an environment for developing digital twins of data centers that power AI innovation and operations.
This approach offers clear guidance for implementing the infrastructure required to handle today’s GPU-intensive computing workloads, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
