TT PSC Germany, a subsidiary of Transition Technologies PSC, has acquired the German company x-Info Wieland Sacher. This transaction marks a strategic direction for the expansion of digital manufacturing solutions and strengthens TT PSC’s presence in German-speaking markets, particularly in the automotive industry.

TT PSC Germany acquired 100% of the shares in x-Info Wieland Sacher (x-Info), a German firm specializing in data analysis and production solutions for the automotive sector. With this acquisition, TT PSC Germany will expand its capabilities in the strategic markets of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (the DACH region—one of the strongest economic and automotive markets in Europe).

“The acquisition significantly enhances our capabilities in the digitalization of production.
