TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX) announced it has signed an agreement to acquire the audiovisual/unified communications (AV/UC) and gaming divisions of Exclusive Networks Poland.
The transaction will expand TD SYNNEX’s offering in the Polish market and bring new brands and solutions into its portfolio, including AV/UC products from Samsung, LG, Sharp/NEC, HP Poly, and Logitech, as well as gaming solutions from Razer, Corsair, and 3Dconnexion.
As part of the deal, 29 employees from the acquired divisions will join TD SYNNEX. The AV/UC team will integrate into Maverick, TD SYNNEX’s specialist audiovisual solutions division, while the gaming employees will become part of the peripherals team. The company confirmed that all existing contracts and customer relationships will remain unchanged.
Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval. Until then, both companies will continue to operate independently.
