From the beginning of 2025, Sylwia Müller has held the position of President and Managing Director of Seris Konsalnet Holding S.A. This nomination is a precedent in the industry, which has never before been headed by a woman. Sylwia Müller brings to the organization over 30 years of professional experience acquired in managing international companies in the real estate, facility management, and service sectors. She is one of the most recognizable leaders in the real estate industry.
She is an expert with many years of experience in managing operations and business strategy in international companies. She began her career in the hospitality industry and then held key positions in Tesco Polska, including Corporate Purchasing Director and Support Office Director. In subsequent years, she gained experience as the Operational Director at Sodexo, Regional Director and CEO at Atalian Global Services, and in management positions at CBRE, where she successfully managed business operations in the Eastern, Central, Scandinavian and Continental Europe regions as COO.
Sylwia Müller is an effective change leader, responsible for organizational transformation, building efficient teams, business development, and integrating companies in acquisition processes.
She has also actively engaged in diversity and inclusion initiatives, serving as the ambassador for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the European level and a sponsor of the Women’s Association at CBRE. She served as an executive in IFMA Poland and Woman in Real Estate Poland as a volunteer.
