Sklepy Komfort S.A. continues its strategic expansion of the management team. As of October 13, 2025, Sławomir Baniak has joined the company as Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
The new CFO brings extensive expertise in finance, management, and business development, gained both in Poland and internationally. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with major companies such as Amazon.com and Wkręt Met Klimas, combining strategic thinking with a practical approach to organizational transformation and building efficient financial structures.
Sławomir Baniak is a graduate of the UCLA Anderson School of Management at the University of California. He has held executive positions in finance within private, public, and state-owned companies. He also served as Chairman of the Social Advisory Team to Minister Maria Wasiak at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development, and is an alumnus of the Capital Market Leaders Academy of the Lesław A. Paga Foundation.
The appointment of Sławomir Baniak to the Management Board marks another step in implementing Komfort’s growth strategy, which in 2025 focuses on strengthening key competencies and leadership structures.
